Established in Geelong in 2001, Ridge Valuers is a leading independent property valuation firm, renowned for professionalism and expertise with over 40 years industry experience.
Based in Ocean Grove, Ridge Valuers covers the Bellarine Peninsula, Surf Coast Shire, Colac Otway Shire, Warrnambool and Hamilton districts and Geelong and surrounds extending to Little River in the north, Ballarat to the west and Armstrong Creek to the south.
Valuations are undertaken on varied property types including residential, rural, rural lifestyle, retail, office space, industrial and development sites.
Ridge Valuers has a strong client base including government and semi government departments requiring valuations for purchase, sale, asset revaluation, financial reporting, strategic and feasibility studies, compensation and rental determinations.
